no credit checks, no salespeople! You do not join a club or become a "member" of an institute. HDE values your time as well as your privacy. We do not subject you to hours in traffic or long-distance visits to a studio where you sit in a crowded reception

Payment Methods:
Hair Direct Express accepts the following payments methods.
Visa, Mastercard, money order, personal check or cashier check.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added only to orders in the state of North Carolina.

Returns:
Hair Direct Express will refund or credit for tape and accessories that are mailed back in the same packaging and have not been used. HDE will not accept any wet products or glues for refund.
Regarding our Hair Systems:
Our customer satisfaction policy for custom and inventory units.
Hair Direct Express will remake any system you feel is unsatisfactory and correct any issues you have in your purchased system. Examples are : to little gray, to thin, to thick, to wavy, not enough curl, base doesn't fit, frontal recession doesn't fit, etc.
The customer will have 30days upon receipt of the unit to notify Hair Direct Express of any changes the customer would like to have made. The unit must be returned to us in the same condition of which it was received by the customer. The client is responsible
for mailing the unit back, and will apply insurance or any other tracking method he /or she desires.

Any specifications can be altered up to 10 days after the order is placed with our factory.
